Worriers do not understand how thinking really works; their lives would be much better if they ever perceived the non-intelligence of worrying.
Worry: thinking about something beyond a reasonable amount of time. How much is a reasonable amount of time? For common things? ...twenty minutes, at three different times. Then quit thinking/worrying about it; consult friends, family, and associates and take a consensus vote of their opinions and go with that, at least for the time being. Reason: "thinking" is not like buying a lottery ticket. With things like lottery tickets, luck is a significant factor; by continuing to buy tickets you have a distinct chance of coming up lucky. Not so with Thinking. There is no "luck" involved with thinking, the answer to your concern does Not lie deep within your mind, and repeated thinking over the same things will not eventually uncover the answer. Absence of a clear solution to a current problem always happens because of a lack of more relevant data; Not hidden solutions, Not a lack of brain power. The input of more relevant data Always brings a clear solution to all problems.
